Loved the spacious apartment and the excellent facilities provided. The location of the hotel was ideal, being situated in a prime area and close to key attractions. Another advantage was the attentive and friendly staff who were always ready to assist.

The customer service fell short of expectations. I had requested the safe to be fixed, but nobody came to address the issue.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers a convenient stay for families visiting Dubai. It is relatively close to the airport, allowing for easy transportation to and from the hotel. Additionally, it is in proximity to a local mall and provides airport drop off services. The rooms are spacious with en-suite facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff members are helpful and offer excellent service. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and enjoyable, and the pools and kids club provide fun activities for children.

Some guests experienced issues with the air conditioning in their apartment, which was not functioning properly.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be convenient, being relatively close to the airport. we enjoyed spending time on the outside decked area, and our kids loved the splash play area with the slides. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service was also decent, with the staff always ready to assist. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.

We found that some of the staff members lacked proper training and appeared to be following a rule book rather than using their own judgment.

We were a group of friends and we absolutely loved the outstanding breakfast and the professional and helpful staff. The location was great, just a quick 10-minute walk to the metro. The indoor pool was perfect, with the water at just the right temperature. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service in a very professional manner. The room amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, and a spacious sitting area. The hotel also offered a wide range of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. I felt like I had everything I needed right at my fingertips.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt in Dubai was amazing! I stayed for a few days and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with easy access to Wafi Mall, Dubai Healthcare City, Carrefour, and the Cinema. The hotel had great facilities, including an indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, and steam room. The apartment was spacious with beautiful city views from the big windows. The soft and hard landscapes around the pools were a nice touch, and the kids loved the swimming pools and slides. The staff were always helpful and polite. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel had everything my family needed. The pool was amazing, there was a kidz club for the children, and the delicious restaurant served excellent Indian food. the hotel was conveniently located near a cinema.

The location was fantastic, close to everything in Dubai and easily accessible from Al Ain. The swimming pool area was amazing, with good safety measures and fresh drinks available. Naseem, the staff member, was helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, exceeding our expectations. our stay at Grand Hyatt Residence was really good.

During our stay at Grand Hyatt, we were blown away by the excellent size and cleanliness of the rooms. The hospitality provided by the staff was really good, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The facilities, including pools and gardens, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our vacation. The proximity to Healthcare City was also a huge advantage for us. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as no TV in the bedroom and the need to call for a taxi, the overall experience was still fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious accommodations, friendly staff, and convenient location. we will definitely be coming back to Grand Hyatt for future stays.

Loved the spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The convenience of having access to the pools and other facilities was a major plus.

The furniture in the rooms desperately needs an upgrade. It felt outdated and worn-out.

We loved staying at this place for its incredible location, surrounded by lush tropical rainforest. The room service, car hire and bell staff/porter were of exceptional quality, always willing to provide professional and friendly help. The leisure centre offered various amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a steam room, massage facilities, and beautiful garden areas to relax in.
